We are a small business dedicated to delivering high-quality AR canvases, each made-to-order just for you. We work closely with our production partners to create each piece when ordered, allowing us to offer a unique product at competitive prices. We deeply appreciate your choice to support our small business and independent artists, and we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. As a result of our made-to-order business model, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or replacements for user errors, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, shipping addresses, or other issues outside of our liability. However, we will provide replacements for canvases that have any issues due to our error.

Eligibility for Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our canvases and guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. If you receive a canvas that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will happily offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Replacement

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. To process your replacement, we will need the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the canvas clearly showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Please reach out to our support team at support@arteezart.com with the above information, and we will prioritize your replacement in our production queue to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

Because each AR canvas is made-to-order, we do not hold inventory, which allows us to keep our prices lower. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your canvas that is due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and by choosing our canvases, you are supporting a small business and independent artists. We truly value your business and appreciate your understanding.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can process cancellations up until the time our production partner has printed your canvas. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. To increase the likelihood of accommodating your request, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order.
